I just found out that a typical microwave can only heat about an inch and a half (or approx. 3.75cm) into the food, so microwaving a roast is impractical.
Explained a lot.
Again, depends on "Typical" and how that relates to Wattage 
But yes. That's why the heat transfer is important.
Maybe FFG is running this as a bonding exercise?

Look, I can relate, in two ways.
I was a Hell Child. I slept 3 hours a night, not a minute more, from the day i was born until I was 4. I screamed the rest of the day. But that's because I was so allurgic to everything, including my Mother's Milk... So I was always, always, always in pain, and always sick.
My Son who is 3 now, still barely sleeps more than 6 hours a night. And has always been the case.
What we've been finding now is he won't sleep more than 2 hours in his room, but he'll sleep all night alone on the couch, in the loungeroom. Possibly because there's a perpetually turning ceiling fan in there, and he's accustomed to the White Noise...
Its a rough time. And there's a ton of different things to try.
If things are really rough on you... Consider dropping even for a month at http://www.babysleepsite.com/ - They've come highly recommended to me (as a Full-Time-Stay at Home Dad) by multiple sources...
While what I said was true, I was being lighthearted about the choice of music for infant sleep like: "Rock music is more soothing than lullabies for infants? I've been doing it wrong!"
However, thank you very much for that suggestion, as I will be sure to check that website out. Last night was particularly bad with 2 hours of carrying him in the middle of the night because he could not get comfortable and happy no matter how I carried him or where I put him.

My 16 month old daughter sleeps 12 hours each night, 8-8 like clockwork, and wont let us take her out of the crib until 8:20 or so because she likes to babble quietly to herself in her crib. She takes one nap during the day, maybe 45 minutes to an hour and a half, around 1.

Well, there's a couple of TIE Bomber Heroes that have names over in X-Wing, but I don't know which would be preferential... Although I do expect either "Scimitar Squadron" or "Gamma Squadron" for the Unique...
And honestly? I don't know. There is so much happening with the Squadron Game coming Wave 5, that... I really don't know if wanting to keep something that counter-synergises with Rhymer is... such a neccessity. I mean, sure, in our current environment, definitely... But with Snipe, Swarm, and a bunch of other options, including Stragetic, that needs to take place - the Squadron game is going to get more complex and diverse...
I mean, Really... Imagine a Squadron that has a chance of doing "splash" damage when you kill (or injure) an Enemy squadron... That will already force 'em to think twice on bunching up... Blue-on-Blue, Mauler is that, too - but he's oft ignored... But Black Squadron is quick ablative armour for even him, too...
So, yeah. I think its getting complex enough that its going to be impossible to tell...

Because I love Coffee. I have a taste for it, and quickly start drinking far too much of it... As someone who is allurgic to artificial colours and flavourings, as well as a bunch of natural ones (looking at you Red Raspberries, and Mint...) - there's only so much I can drink.
I mean, sure, I can drink all the water in the world, but I don't enjoy water. I don't think anyone really enjoys drinking water (when there are other flavourful choices available to them - sure, the kid who lives in a country where the words Sewerage and Beverage are interchangeable probably loves drinking plain water)...
So I am limited to Coffee and Tea. I much prefer the taste of Coffee given the two, but the two suffer from being Caffinated (and no, Rooibos does not count. Dirty bloody water, that is.)
But, primarily due to the stresses of my situation - Stranger in a Strange land, being Isolated physically by weather (when the snow hits), in fact, being in a Country whose max/min temperatures are off by a good 40-odd degrees to my normal temperature nature - being stressed with everything that's happening, depression and hopelessness, etal - I now have High-to-Extreme Blood pressure at times.
Part and Parcel of taking the Medication for that, is severely limiting the Caffiene I can intake, until it is at a reasonable level. Then I can feel free to indulge.
So most mornings, I have to make do without Coffee. Without Caffiene. I drink Decaf on occasion, but I can't trick myself into thinking its real coffee... Years of Working as a Starbucks Barista has refined my pallate to the point where, yes, I can tell different coffee regions, if they're all brewed to a standard.
The more stressed out I get, the less Coffee I can have, and thus, the more stressed out I get.
