Not particularly, but go on.
Article Predictions. Mostly General Discussion. But there's definately some Predictions scattered throughout.
Then read the book. It’s a classic of the genre.

Already did. So long ago you kids weren't even born yet.
But seriously, anyone have next article predictions?
I'm thinking next week, Tuesday or Wednesday.

I hope you’re right. We are in uncharted territory right now. All bets are off.

I'm going to guess that FFG doesn't write up the articles more than a month in advance so my guess is that AMG will have to produce their own. With the sudden shift in direction I'm guessing that we won't see a new article until March for the next wave of CW. I'd love one sooner but that's my gut feeling.
Also I've been slacking with my pictures of Dreadnaughts in the thread. I let those MC-45 fanboys take over for too long so here's another pic of the best unreleased medium that needs to be added to the game!

And a technical drawing from the old essential guide. I always loved these and wish they'd re-release updated ones.

What is your favorite version of the Dreadnought art? The original (low-poly) Fractal's rework, or the Imperial Support Vessel version for SW: Rebels?

I actually like the rebels version more.
Where are the fan sites for alt ship cards for these?
I heard new article was going to be 5 minutes after they shut this forum ![]()
also pleased to say no missing items in my clone wars Xmas presents. Just had fun sourcing squadron packs here in the UK

I also made a dreadnought variant but I was never happy with the design.

Since Disney approval process for News articles takes something between three to eight weeks, they write the articles far in advance.

Why does the Disney has to approve this articles? I can't really think of any reason why FFG couldn't do that on his own.

Because they contain Licensed Text and/or Images, essentially. Ergo, it has to be approved by LucasFilm/Disney
Same reason they couldn't update the FAQs without a Months-Long Approvals Process.

While I appreciate the newer updated design the original will always be my favorite. SW: Rebellion was one of my favorite games growing up (and I'm sure I'm not alone in that) so the artwork from that has always been the standard I've judged other versions off of.

I loved that game as well. That game is largely responsible for a lot of armada players’ obsession with armada.

I totally agree on this! Rebellion was and is still even with the outdated graphic one of the best video games I played. This is why I spend so much of my time to make all SW:Rebellion ship models freely available.

I still have an old laptop with XP on it and the wireless adapter disabled so every now and then I can play this game (Called Star Wars Supremacy when I got it in the UK). Once playing the Imperials, I had a sector build nothing but Dreadnoughts to have a big fleet of them. (I was way ahead at the time and just needed to find and destroy the Rebel Base as I had Luke and Mon Mothma).
