Man, what a turd of a day...
Up at 4am with Sick kid.
At Doctors at 5am with Sick Wife.
At Hospital at 6am with Sick Wife.
At Dentists at 8am for myself. And for Wife.
"Forgotten" by a Best Buy consultant for 60 minutes, before being told they were out of stock anyway and would have to go across town...
Somehow managed to make a 2 hour train ride in 1:50 to get Kiddo to School on time.
Go across town to other Best Buy. To be told they weren't told we were coming. cue next 60 minute wait.
Finally get home.
Its almost 3pm.
Still havn't had Breakfast.
Still havn't even had a Coffe.
Still no Armada News.

My grandma died this morning. We can call it a tie since I had 2 cups of coffee?
I also agree with what was said above.
When we were pretending to be angry and disappointed, it was fun! It was entertaining...
Actually being angry and disappointed is kind of a downer. Don't do that.

Only because all of mine are already gone, so I've been there.
Sounds like a deal to me. A CC article would certainly be a silver lining for us both. I am pretty amazed that Force Friday went by with hardly a Star Wars whisper from anywhere- FFG included.
My favourite uncle died weeks ago, back home in Australia - no-one told me until I had people asking me on FB why I hadn't been at his funeral to give a eulogy...
That is crushing- so sorry to hear that Dras. Losing a loved one is tough enough without that kinda of stuff mixed in.
One would think in the era of global mass communications that sort of thing wouldn't happen, but I know multiple people who have family in other countries that have been in the same boat.
Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Well, today starts part 2 of the Suck...
Meeting with Sons' Teachers across town from 10am to 11am.
Which means I have to be up at 5, to catch the bus at 6:30 am, to get 2 Trains, wait 30 minutes for a further bus, to get there at 9:30 and wait...
Then take 3 hours to get home, so not expecting to be home before 2pm.......
all for a lousy 1 hour meeting.
I'm sorry to hear about your @#$%^! time, Dras. My condolences.
In better news, however, my partner's case for immigration to the US was approved - one step closer to having them actually live here.
I hope that my warm-streak continues and your cold-streak stops.
