Opponent gets MOV on the board to a minimum of 140

So if, say. The conceded was a cr90 away from being tabled without killing anything, their opponent would get like, the 350 mov and requisite tournanent pints.*

but if there is a concession just after dice are rolled. 140 mov as a minimum.

Thought so. He got a 10 which sucks because we tied for first but they hadn't even rolled dice. Oh well, he was cool just sucks to take second to a person you beat after a 3/0 day to his 2/1.

Any news is alwayd better than no news. As long as they don't take 6 months to drip it out. I'm content to wait 3 months for more info, but not much longer than that.

If I had to guess we will get a wave 8 announcement late this year.
