Do you want me to report it? I mean, to try them.

Knowing how salty they are with my facebook account they'll probably just Ban me outright lmao.

FFG is done with my sass.

I feel like they should throw out a campaign box with new ship variants for VSDs, MC80HO, Nebs, Raiders, Arqs.

... why MC80s? It's a good ship. Both variants, even.

Peltas, instead. People only take them to get access to that third upgrade slot on the bar.

A new campaign with a new ship card for every/most ships would be my dream. I think that campaigns would be a great way to rebalance things in the game. One every 1-2 years or so.

Fleet Command Variant. And yes a new pelta would be wonderful. But I feel like it is too hampered by speed 2 and mediocre dice pools.

Totally. Something like this would be cool.

It is know that in tabletop games you can get a balanced game, a fun game and an article-supported game but never more than two of those options at once.

There once was a lad from Nantucket,

who carried his Armada fleet in a bucket.

He came searching for news,

but found only blues,

so instead listened to Gary Puckett.

After listening to Puckett with his ships in a bucket, he waited in Nantucket for the replies that would say Suck it.

Honestly I'm starting to think it's GenCon or bust at this point.

If no announcement news by August 5th, then we're not getting new ships this year.

I don't have any real hope for news in the future. the Hyperspace report was my last expectation and that was such a disappointment that I've pretty much given up on this game moving beyond its current point. I'm actually "fine" with that currently but I do think it'll get stale and if GW does start BFG back up I might be out.

If this is where they stop, and I find it hard to believe they would, I've already begun immortalizing the stuff I have by creating Acrylic alternatives to the essential cardboard tokens. Wave 7 meta seems solid, so if the official end is here, at least it's a good starting point for homebrew. KH2jxbQ.jpg

I love Armada, I'll never be out.

If FFG bails, then @cynanbloodbane, @FoaS and all the other contributing members at KDYs will keep me going. And, of course, models from Mel's.

I think assault frigates and the interdictor could use new titles or ship cards as well.

I also think some existing cards need changes.

I've only gotten 1 warning so far and it was for suggesting modern american Nazi's were bad so my opinion of FFG's moderation is pretty pi** poor.

this Destiny article...they really wanna reassure their players that all is well in the Future. Nice.

I'm curious about "It’s an unavoidable truth that Set 5, Way of the Force, has been delayed from its originally planned release date."

Way of the Force was only announced in March. That's four months from announcement to release. Incidentally, that's also exactly when it was scheduled to - "You can look for Way of the Force to be released in the third quarter of 2018."

Was the announcement itself super late?

I don't know if the game overall is this way but from what I've heard in this area is that destiny tends to do really well for about a month after release of new product then the community completely dies. I haven't seen anyone playing this game in months, whereas I see people playing magic anytime I go to a store. /shrug, STL gaming scene is dying a bit anyway so who knows, maybe it's just the area.

Destiny is pretty much dead here, from what I hear killed by the long time of no product soon after the base set.

who would have thought that long periods with no content or news would damage a game system...
