I'll make a prediction. After such a long delay for news, my prediction is that they've been working on an XWing-style app for Armada which is a list builder as well as different game formats will adjust points for certain cards/combinations. Not sure that they'll adjust upgrade slots though (like in XWing) since I don't think that's one of Armada's problems.
Their digital products seem to take quite a while for development/testing, and I don't think they wanted to jump the gun and announce one for Armada before XWing. The XWing one is their flagship and they've put a lot of their resources for digital development into that until it's ready for release. Once they're comfortable with that release, they'll announce the Armada one with whatever release date they're hoping for.

If its just a app, I think EVERYONE would be extremely disappointed, especially considering the hype of something "Big" coming. A list building app, as well as balance FAQ and etc for the app, while all and good, isnt a new wave. and it isnt even a SINGLE release as a wave being the SSD that a LOT of players (or collectors in my case) are hoping for.
Other Runner up ships for a wave is a 2 N1 Squadrons, a J-Type 327 Nubian Royal Starship (for Special VIP Targets), Venator Star Destroyer for both Rebels and Imperials, Some Arc-170s, V-Wings, for "Early Days of the Empire. and Rebellion" campaigns....

I dont really post on the forums that much. But I have to say that 10 months between expansion announcements is a bit much. While my opinion probably wont result in anything happening, I simply felt like sharing it. And to those who spend a lot of time here and are tired of hearing this, go right ahead and complain. I dont really care.
