I've been considering writing FFG/Asmodee a letter sincerely offering to join their staff as a PR/Marketing person. With like 3 university classes in Marketing, I think I could sell their products better than they do.
Go for it man! You really can't do any worse than they currently do

Agreed. The way they handle customer relations, you'd think it's a six-person company of brand new game devs stunned by their success.

I have tried all the materials he offers.
FUD, Great detail, little bit more brittle than FFG plastic.
Black Acralite, good detail, very durable, can have flaws from printing.
White S&F, meh detail, great price, good durability.
White Premium S&F, better detail, good durability.
The MC40 is a nice model. Can't beat the Venator, or the Providence for beautiful large ships.

The Vindicator and 418 are beautiful models. I am a fan of both.
I will say that this weird "we don't want to give any information to armada players" thing has been great for GW. I picked up the necron codex, 8th edition core book, and forge bane a week or two ago. The longer this drought goes on the more I consider if i want to try to resurrect my old army.

I’ve been thinking about jumping into some AoS. The new factions are looking reaaally cool (Idoneth Deepkin) People seem to have mixed feelings about it as opposed to 40k though.

I glance at the undead, remember that it's still a pretty **** system and decide not to invest in another game, especially such an expensive one, I already had to give up a kidney for 40k but I invested over a decade for that system so /whatever.
The rumors of BFG being reintroduced though has my interest peaked, I would LOVE to field some space necrons.
