It counts as an article, though its claim on being "news" might be compromised.

Ots more than nothing. Lets celebrate attention as thanks, instead of bemoaning the silence as we have done for so long.

This may not be great, but it is an improvement and we should show our gratitude to encourage the improvement.

Hopefully a sign of better communication for the future. I’m hopeful.

I'm pretty pleased with the recent articles. It may or may not actually be the case, but it feels to me like progress in that they're acknowledging that there's been an issue and at least making an effort to address it.
