It was tense. For everyone's sake, whatever Q should have done, I think it's for the best he did announce those rulings now, rather than end in tempers blown and players thrown out.

A point of note... August 5th, 2016 was the 2nd day of GENCON'16, and the date of FFG's in flight report for that year.

Nose Punch 3.0a has still gone untested... The Fleet Patrol today had even players before me, so I sat out to run again to avoid a Bye... No-one wants a Bye in a 2 round Tournament...
Instead, the Tournament was won (10-1, 9-2) by an ISD, Interdictor, Double Goz list, with a Squadron Compliment of Mauler, Howl, Soontir, Dengar.
It also had Blockade Run as its Red objective, and they actually played it on the top table last round....

Yep. An ISD+Interdictor with Blockade Run.
And it Run the Blockade.
All 4 Ships.
Including the Interdictor, who only made a single click of Yaw the whole game, and otherwise steamed forward.
That's how he walked away 9-2 at the end of that one.
