ergo, if you cant feed up to the distributor proper quantities you might be looking at weeks rather than days and its a systemic not local issue.

Trolling through other places and picking up info - it appears that Runewars has been updated on the Product legality page to show its release of some upcoming Items for teh 15th of June.

These items were "updated" on the 26th of May and were still marked as "On the Boat" at that time, but that could reflect that they were punted through Customs and on their way to the FFG Warehouse.

Once they leave the FFG Warehouse, they're "Shipping Now"... So expect that to be updated within a day or two...

...

But we're still marked as last updated 11th of April... And with no Legaltiy/Street Date update.

So it looks like its going to be - at least - post the 15th of June for Release now...

They theoretically could, there's just absolutely no indicators that they are.

The date-update happened with Runewars a few days ago, and it also happened with C-ROC the other week, and before the Imperial Assault Release - so I assume that's a part and parcel of the process.

And we havn't had that happen yet.

I mean, it if happens tomorrow, then sure, we might be releaseed 15th... But it would fly in the face of the current precedences we have, which are adding up to what seems to be as part of the "Process".

Has FFG ever liked us? We always get the shipping delays.

I'm good as long as I can still get my pre-order in early next week. Funds for plastic space ships just aren't available until then.

Given the vast number of new items 'on the boat' and we're near the bottom of that list, I would think that we're looking at July . No hard evidence to support thus other than a gut feeling, and FFG hates us, of course ? !

I know, but I guess my statement was more along the lines of: Its cool to "just say" it... But its best if you back it up with some sort of fact, truth or at least forumlae for supposition.

Design Process has been labelled in the past as a 12-18 month period from conception through testing.

So the 2015 World's Winner's designed card could be in Wave 6... Its entirely possible that JJ's (Nov2016) choice of card is going through rigorous testing at the moment, and could be a Wave 7 deal at the earliest... Ergo, Wave 8 for the earliest for this May's....

But again, that's a hefty assumption of a minimum of 12 months, effectively... If they jump on a design of a card that is already in process, then the timeframe can be much shorter.

Effectively though, it is my understanding that the other precedence is that FFG doesn't specifically mention these things - its basically up to the World Champs themselves to point out the Card if they wish, and only once the card is spoiled or released, due to NDA on all design process.

Of course, I am not a World Champ. I will never be a World Champ. Nor do I work for FFG, or ever look like I will be able to work for FFG... I just research a bunch.

I for one hope JJ points out his handiwork to us. I like to know.
