No joke, went back and looked and GoT TCG has gotten some kind of article at least once per week this year so far.
Our last real article? December 16th.

I hope that is just you being snarky and proving someone wrong, because optomisim really has no place on these forums until we actually get an article. ![]()
I just spent half an hour validating dates on all 112 News articles that are tagged "Star Wars: Armada" in the FFG Archives.
It depends on how you define article.
If you want an Article on release details, spoilers, or explanations and detailed release information....
- Those are Typically Fridays.
If you want an Article on tournament rules, FAQs and rules explanations.
- Those are Typically Tuesdays.
If you want an Article, that's just an Article, like above, for Generic Tactics or other information on Armada.
- Those are Typically Mondays.
Besides, if I'm the optimistic one. Y'all are ******.

1. Keep on keeping on posting this
also;
2. Because its a long 30 foot walk to the "microbrewery" out back
and finally;
3. Thats rain, Tirion. Snow is the white stuff

1. Triple post ftw!
2. Glad I could help
3. You have fallen to the common misconception that the entire Pacific NW had the same weather as Seattle and Portland. FYI there is a whole other side to WA state and boy do we get snow. About 2 feet above national averages, whatever that is worth.

don't tell me I don't know what snow is I could almost walk off my roof onto the ground ? true story. We just don't make a big fit to get on national news everytime.
PA: One of the great states in the union that can't afford to keep bridges open thanks to deterioration, but will build unneeded roundabouts or throw up digital signs to tell you it'll take 10min to go 10 miles!
I think they can handle 1' of snow typically, but the last time there was +2' of snow during a weekday, I slept on I-81 in a SUV thanks to the inability to keep roads cleared.

Look, I'm pretty sure everything west of the Hudson is an elaborate ruse anyway.

When I lived in Wisconsin, the most I saw was 18 inches in 24 hours and they cancelled school because the storm didn't start early enough for the plows to clean the roads. I think the cut off is like 3-4 AM. Otherwise, I likely would have had to go. It's quite fun driving through blizzards.

Fake news.
All I know is, it doesn't matter how much snow falls in a certain amount of time... The moment the Snow stops, I have 24 hours to Clear all of the Snow and Ice from my Sidewalk, or I risk a fine.
Which is okay if we get 2-5cm of snow.
But that one time we got 70cm of snow in 6 hours sucked.

I feel that. We had 15-18 cm of nice wet snow, it was about -1-2 C. I lived on a corner lot with a HUGE U shaped drive way and a side walk that was about 100 feet long. My back hurt after.
And then the ground froze to ice since everything was wet.
I live in a fairly unique situation here.
I live as the second house in on a small road that breaks off from the end of a Large divided road. Now, this divided road is planned to be a major thoroughfare, and part of the Calgary Ring Road by 2020.
But for now, the major road basically ends in concrete barriers, and you have the option of turning around, or turning into my street.
Which, in and of itself, isn't too bad. Except on the other side of the Concrete barriers there is the - of course - large open area for the future transit and road corridor.
This is basically kept free of trees and growth - allowed only to be grass - so at any time surveyors can come and do the measurements they feel they need to, etc.
Again, not too bad in and of itself.
Except the Prevailing Wind in Calgary, blows across the transit corridor, and at an angle to not quite be up the street, but instead, almost directly at my front door.
So, for example... Saturday last week, this part of Calgary got 20cm of Snow in 12 hours. But with the prevailing wind gusts of 50km/hr, the snow drift was up the 3 stairs that form the entryway to my house, and then 20cm up the door... Once I cleared out said 20-25cm on my Patio, I then have to work down my walkway... a Solid 60-70cm of Snow... Before starting to tackle the 20-30 that has built up on the actual Sidewalk.
Its made worse by the fact that my Neighbors on the Corner Lot are Snowbirds, and thus, aren't actually home in the winter most of the days - which requires their use of a slow-as-all-shitehouse snow removal company - if the removal company removes at all.... So most of the snowdrifts that they develop on their house, migrate over to my house....
But all that being said... I'll take the snow and the snowdrifts...
I'm a Survivor of the Black Saturday Bushfires, after all.
