Article Predictions. Mostly General Discussion. But there's definately some Predictions scattered throughout.

Scandinavia has the 22nd as the release date.

Store in Houston says 22nd as well.

On the plus side, we were the only people to get an article today. We should feel so special.

What else has to be spoiled? I'm fairly certain the squad packs will be shown as 1 article. And maybe another CC article? Not sure what they would cover though.

SWM20, the Super Star Destroyer. :D

I wouldn't care if it's epic scale. I wouldn't care if it can't be run in tournaments or pick up games. It would be the centerpiece of a campaign and I would love to bring it down!

Forget it being the centerpiece of a campaign, I'd make it the centerpiece of my living space

Are we expecting another conflict article?

No those are done all we have left is a squadron article next Friday

We might get one for each squadron pack, but I highly doubt it - probably a combined article.

Unfortunately, that's my suspicion as well. I do think that there's much more that they could reveal about the Corellian Conflict, in order to also boost interest and Christmas sales. But, I imagine they're too busy with holiday-stuff to try to pump out another article about it.

I'd agree that they'll probably fit in a squadrons article, but... for my part: *yawn*.

You're probably right about that.

Come on, Jinx, don't fail me now! Help me get that Corellian Conflict article by predicting it won't happen!!

I'd really like a breakdown on how it actually plays and what the final encounter is like. I understand leaving some things for us to figure our, but the articles have just left it I'll defined. A series of missions isn't the only thing that makes a campaign.

One thing that baffles me is the change I'm seeing in the very nature of the preview articles. I was under the impression that FFG used to spoil the entire content of upcoming waves, and I always thought it was a smart move on their part, giving the playerbase the opportunity to think before buying and giving them the chance to build the hype about their products.

Was I wrong this entire time or what do you think has changed?

They often left one or two pieces unspoiled in other products (X-Wing Mainly)...

... We also got Super-Spoiled with Total Reveals for Waves 3 and 4, so we could have that Competition, too....

Wasn't wave 2 fully spoiled before relase too?

No, wave 2 wasn't fully spoiled.

I remember eagerly opening up the expansion packs at Sullust to figure out all the stuff that they had left out.

With the absolute clusterf*** of a travesty in regards to the Massing of Sullust and Releases and all....

I don't remember.

I really don't.

Hehe,

I thought Sullust was AWESOME.

Of course, there were also four (or was it five?) Sullust events in my area, two of which concurrently. I ran one (grabbed the Raider), and won two others (took both ISDs).

Oh, those were the days...

I was good back then.

Then I got appointed a cushy moffship in a Core-World sector, and lost my edge.

... And Sullust events that went to 2 players who split things...

... And Sullust events that went to Stores who used winning the tournament as "option to buy" the product.

... And Sullust events that had product delivered to it that were never run...

I mean, I got my one Sullust event, and I was taken out of prize running by people bullying and badgering the TO... So I am jaded.

Wave 2 wasnt fully spoiled until the sullust tournament prizes were opened up.

That's cool to know. And I figured it would be that way - there's always been a measure between "TELL THEM EVERYTHING" and "GIVE THEM SOMETHING TO GO BUY IT FOR IF THEY DIDN'T LIKE WHAT THEY SAW"

But I still don't remember :D

Well, that's what you get for being outside the Empire. If you weren't a Rebel insurgent, we might have let you in.

You wouldn't let me in. That's why became a Rebel Insurgent.

The Empire does not acknowledge your reverse causality.

TAKE HIM AWAY!

Stormtroopers may have their limitations, but they come in unlimited numbers.
