No. I deliberately turned the setting on as a courtesy to the Americans that were likely to see it.
The Fahrenheit setting only works for the Image Forecast...
If you read the Summaries below, then you will see they're still written in Celsius.
You can either click C under today's forcast, or delete the unit=imperial from the link in order to see it in the way it was originally presented.

I've lived through ONE such week, at school in Colorado. We were required to have a buddy if we went outside to prevent people from freezing to death.
