As I was reading through some of the more recent topics, I had an epiphany. I know the secret now, the secret to how to get FFE/Asmodee to acknowledge and promote their games. It has to do with the forums, and the behavior of the posters there in. I had to leave the X-wing forums because of the rancor and hate, I gave up early on the Destiny forums for all the rage there. I made it less than a week in the Legion forums do to the conflicting attitudes there. I am always coming to the Armada forums when I lose my faith in humanity, as it is almost always a respectful, if not accepting place of respite. So who is getting all the news, articles, stuff? Legion, X-wing and Destiny. FFE/Asmodee are apparently Sith, and are rewarding the anger, the hate. We're starting to get there, but do we really want to, this way? With hate, with anger?

Well, kind of. I mean if we get new toys, right?

I've been so distracted by doing the store champ page it's been nearly a week since I've noticed how dead armada / the forums feel. /sad.

Ffg dropped three sw articles today, do you think Armada was blessed with one?

Of course it is due to our frustrated wishes but it seems they are just trolling us, lol.

Also note that short of Armada is scrapped, we are probably going to get one or two waves before the new Elder scroll is released.

I feel like we're all so bitter at this point that all of our reputations are going down. Mine has dropped because I've been responding "updated" to everyone on that page but it looks like no one is liking next to anything anymore. We're all old, bitter people.

Honestly they care so little I doubt it'll even get flagged if no-one reports it. I've posted FAR worse and gotten away with it because it wasn't directed at community members lol

At this point even taking down posts would count as communication. They wouldn't wanna break their streak.

Would it kill them to simply say either.....

  • "We are working on something and we'll release more information when it's done." With, or without, a broad timetable.
  • "Armada is dead, get over it, and buy Legion instead!"

Honestly, slippery slope for them. Once they start giving updates of any kind, it assures us that they are paying attention. Then, we would respond in kind (well, in unkind actually) and they would eventually just shut down the forums.....
