Basically, the Inquisitor found him when they visited Thaur. Balthazar was a priest and Remembrancer who discovered some cultists desecrating the sacred tombs of his world. He took it upon himself to hunt down such traitors, raising a mob of faithful citizens and destroying the cult. He continued his vigilante witch hunting until the Inquisitor found him. Noticing his devotion and his practical experience, the Inquisitor had the perfect job in mind...

If there's any other basic info you'd like to know then go ahead, not sure if they talked with you in person after having found out about you, or just send someone to do so.

Yep! I figure that might be something I should point out to the GM, because I expect that certain NPCs would recognize the name.

365.25 (Terran Year)/1000 (0-999 on dating increment as they divided the year into 1000 parts since not every planet has 365.25 days in a year) = 0.36525 * 911 (randomly generated part of the year to start) = 332.7 (resulting day of the year didn't want to round up.)
