yeah sorry I checked Steam/iOS they were fine Just checked my S8+ and it's still pooched on Android.
No worries. When put into perspective I'm very fortunate to have troubles like this. Fingers crossed we can play this weekend.
Still no hotfix for Android. I hope it will be ready before weekend.
I emailed them Sunday and called them yesterday. I'm hoping for this weekend too. Squeaky wheel gets the grease. LOL. My eleven-year-old wanted to do this for my birthday, and it's just the two of us playing therefore we prefer the app to one of us playing OL.

Went through the southern crypt and cleared out the level, found the key and opened the door. Opened both the white and black chest and when I searched the treasure pile, chose the Jewels. At the point that it showed me a Shadow Dragon appeared, the battery in my phone died. Not a huge deal, but when it came back up and loaded the game, the 'treasure' objective token was still on the map, with no shadow dragon present, but the game won't let me select any objects on the map (doors nor objective tokens. no search tokens left). I can still 'activate' character portraits and all other buttons, just not interact with the map, so we all died after enough rounds killed us with deadly perils.
Just a side quest. Not a huge honking deal. Just thought you guys would wanna know.

We also ran into this today after running the second side quest of the Seed of Corruption campaign. My character is a straight up Hexer (not a Steelcaster) and the Hexer option was grayed out for us. Class-specific dialog options are always one of the most interesting moments, so it was sad that we weren't able to see where it led.

I'm pretty sure nobody at FFG is reading this, or any other posts in the forums.
The only real way to get things fixed is to send an email to [email protected]
But when I did this in the past it took months until something happened.
They say that FFG reads these forums, but I've never seen a single official post. I suspect they only read the forums when an email question actually references them.
I don't think Descent 2nd Ed is a priority for FFG at this point in any way. Probably hasn't been one since the Asmodee buy out.

In Seeds of Corruption, a travel event went something like "a friendly traveler needs to leave some items behind." After passing an attribute test, I'm supposed to choose a hero to carry "a few items." I clicked continue before clicking on a hero icon, thinking there was more to the text, but it advanced to the Greyhaven city phase without giving us any items. There should be at least a warning, like "Are you sure you want to leave the items behind?," but there is none. Can anyone tell me what the items were?
Edited by dfclark68You don't actually get any items, you just get a bit of gold later as payment for helping transport something unknown - I think it's 20 gold per hero you choose to carry stuff, but could be less than that... You didn't miss anything significant!

I don't have the Trials of Frostgate, but I did lose access to The Delve. I am also running Android. The latest update seems to have affected both, as I no longer have the option to buy either Trials of Frostbite or the Delve. This has happened before when a major update has been added to Road to Legend. I am sure they will soon release a patch that fixes this problem.
We defeated Splig the goblin king in our first main quest from the Rise of All Goblins campaign. After we defeated his goblin minions and of course him. We got a cutscene that we finished the first quest and win with a button for the end game. After that a promotional thing came up for the Kindered Fire, but after that only black screen comes. While the music is playing the game reacts to nothing anymore. If i close the game and restart it the quest starts again. The black screen comes whatever we win or loose the game. Is this normal?
A small bug: In the new campaign "Embers of Dread" acquired relics aren't added to the hero inventory.

i play the App on a Android Tv Box and try to use a mouse but i can´t klick on any marker on the map/board!

Shades has an effect that reads: "If a hero tests awareness and fails, each other hero in line of sight of that hero is Terrified." The first action in the action list reads: "Use Flicker on a hero within 3 spaces of this monster who is Terrified." Shades do not have any method of causing Terrify outside of the combination of this turn effect and Flicker. As it reads now, it is impossible to cause Terrify during this turn unless any hero is already Terrified by some other effect. If you change the wording of the first action to read: "...closest hero," it allows the turn effect to work. I assume this was an oversight and wanted to bring it to your attention.

Maybe they meant that using flicker on a hero would make the hero terrified.
This bug Happened during kindred fire campaign on a side quest called smash and grab. After passing an attribute test in the dining hall, the app returned the call string name and not the actual string (see screenshot below)
I just tested the new classes on Steam and Android, and their starting equipment seems to be missing from the game files (version 1.5.2).
Edit: I just checked the game files. The new item descriptions as well as the graphics haven't even been included. So it seems to be a complete oversight instead of an error.
Edit 2: There also seems to be no way to track the elemental cards chosen by the elementalist in the app.

Sadly, the issue that acquired relics arent't added to the hero inventory in the Embers of Dread campaign also still exists.
