Mark your calendars and form a carpool! In September, between GenCon and Worlds, the Atlanta meta is hosting what we hope will become the Southeast's premier player-organized tournament.
This is a 3-day event, with Draft on Friday evening, Joust on Saturday, and Melee on Sunday, with a possible alternate rules tournament as well. Entry fees will be somewhere in the area of $20 for the weekend, or a bit less for just Saturday, with exact details TBD.
We're acquiring prizes already, and the spread will be fantastic. We'll have a prestigious Stanley Cup-style trophy that will have the winner's name engraved each year, in addition to hand-crafted house cards for top players, alternate art cards for all participants, and Thrones-themed raffle prizes.
