Scale is all wrong on that, Federation droid control ships are 3km across, twice the size of an ISD. The Falcon should be a LOT smaller.

the YT-1300 is just much closer to the point of view while the FDCS is still several klicks away

That's my interpretation as well. Given that there is no shadow of the YT-1300 shown on the ground, we can conclude that he is very high up and at a significant distance from even the closest part of the ground below.
