Hello braintrust of epic win

I am trying to remember the effect of craftsmanship but forget the location in the book that explains it. Would one of you fine servent of the Emperor please let me know where I can find the benefits of exceptional and mater crafted items may be?

It would be better still if you could also share with me what they do here.

Weapon craftmanship p.147 (Exceptional: +1 dmg, add Reliable or +5 WS, Master: +2 dmg, never Jam or Overheat or +10 WS)

Armour craftmanship p.165 (Exceptional: +1 AP to first attack, Master: +1 AP, 1/2 weight)

Other MC items may provide bonuses to related skills or characteristic test at GM discretion.
