I have a suggestion as this tournament seems to be failing....badly....

Set a day and time for everyone. Those who do not show, get losses, end of story.

If no one shows, tournament is cancelled till the same time and day next week.

Run it like a Real Tourney....I think it'll be better that way. Just a thought.
