I used to love Tenchi Muyo as a kid
It had everything, lightsaber fights and sexual tension on the side. It was Star Wars meets Neighbours
Also, I've never watched Sailor Moon... not even once... honest
The ninjas are better than the robots and pirates in UFS, easy. I'd take Taki over Maxi or Mai over Nagase anyday
