What tokens do you use for upgrade actions.

Ah, if you use such upgrade cards on every ship in, you know, like every game, then fair enough.

99.9% of my games are about 5-8 ships duking it out. On the 0.1% of games where such upgrade cards are used, only 1-2 ships use it so it's not very confusing.

You have played 1000 games, and in only 1 game the cards have gotten confusing? If you are going to make up statistics, at least make it something reasonable.

IMHO the card should stay with the Pilot and other Upgrade cards. They can get disabled by critical hits and flipped. That should all be in one place. There are all kinds of tokens and indicators that can be used, from mission tokens to repurposed tokens to custom 3rd party purpose designed acrylic tokens. Really the cards seem to be the worst possible solution to me.

Tracking tokens work fine, but I prefer elite talent and astromech acrylic tokens.

A bunch of us at our game store use the critical hit tokens as a reminder since nobody here ever uses them to track critical hits. Sometimes we also use the upgrade card itself if the battlefield isn't too cluttered. I like the idea of using those little computer tokens though.
