Six new arcatypes? Awesome
Also +1 to the above
We might get the missing Iron Warriors then.

Unless things changed, Warpsmith are an Iron Warriors archetype (their Techmarine warlords, similar to how the Word Bearers have Chaplain warlords aka Dark Apostles)
As MorioMortis said, Warpsmiths should be Iron Warriors, but I can see how that might not be the case, considering that "Warpsmith" could apply to anything that smiths the warp, so to say.
But I'd expect it to be Iron Warrior, yeah.
I don't think Warpsmiths are necessarily Iron Warriors, though they obviously have the highest proportion of them.

Actually warsmiths are Iron Warriors only, warpsmiths are basically chaos techmarines.

I'm pretty sure Warpsmith, like the Iron Hand Forge Fathers, are pretty much exclusive, but you could use the archetype chassis for another character with a similar set of abilities; in 10 000 years, Techmarines of other chapters or newer traitors are bound to have developed similar aptitudes, as is the case for Dark Apostles, Alpharius clone wannabees, psychopathic night terrors on wings of fire, 24/7 psychopathic madmen with a double dose of (chain)axe to face and walking puss boxes. Non-cyclopedian warlocks are a bit harder to explain, as the Rubric is somewhat key, as are Deathcore Glam Rockers in SPACE, as they rely on the unique decent into madness that befell the Emperor's Children (although Noise Marine groups can make probably induct more into their midst)

They're not. Warpsmiths are a standard thing, just how Dark Apostles are available to everyone now.

That's what I figured. I think I prefer the current trend of creating archetypes that are not chapter based.

Surrender your humanity. Only then do you receive chaos' blessings....
Also, jealous.
Well the good news is that most of what I wrote survived in tact to the final product. Unlike many books I've done with FFG I had no clue what would make the final cut (so to speak) with this one, so the fact that sections I wasn't sure about are there makes me happy.
Of course, it hasn't been officially released yet, so when I do get my copy on Wednesday I can't really reveal anything. Of course, if FFG releases the book (via a news item on the front page, as they usually do) before then I'll be happy to give details (assuming no one else has by that point).

The extra write up looks pretty cool, I wonder though if someone actually manages to make it to daemonhood unaligned if there's any way for them to gain and spend favour.
I have to admit I'm a little bummed that the other books gives exact details on specific Legions and yet this book does not. Where's our Iron Warrior archetype?
We don't have a Word Bearer one either, but it works fine.
