Okay! So, who knows Japanese?

By Card_Breaker, in Odds & Ends

Yeah... I don't know it and I can't understand the kanji in my KHIIFM game...

So, what is this ability?

?-????????

In case it doesn't show up, they are as follows:

o - to ro shi wa yu zu shi wa

I couldn't find if the dash is a dash or a kanji I didn't know about...

It could very be a Kanji symbol and thus I can't really help you. I know some Kanji and I can sort of speak it. I know very little.

Thanks but the kanji doesn't show up... well, thanks for trying anyway..

Are you playing on the hardest difficulty right now? Cause if you are it could be the ability that says "You gain 0 experience."

Actually, I'm a n00b... I'm on Beginner right now...and I'm still having trouble...lol

But the game seems harder than I remember... Did the pump up the enemies to be stronger?

So yeah... I can't even beat the easiest Absent Silhouette, Zexion, because I can't read my command bar when he uses the move where he turns your command menu into a book!

I Speak A Little...Not much though...

This is odd...

In my game, I was leveling up Brave Form...then it stopped gaining EXP...

I'm at level 6, 1528 total EXP, 0 needed EXP, and 8 for my Form time limit.

Usually it stops at 2500 EXP with Lv 6 and 9 for a time limit... And Lv 6 usually starts at 1750 EXP...

Is it a glitch or do I need to wait till later in the game to continue leveling? Cuz now I can't get High Jump Lv 3 on Sora or High Jump MAX on Brave Form!

Wow... The Forms all got fixed as soon as I beat the game... and I think I know why.

If the game allowed you to have max forms when you unlock them, you'd be able to go through the Cavern of Remembrance way too early.

And I finally beat Zexion... not too hard on level 30... Well, now I'm off to get max level, max power, max defense, max magic, max forms, and max form gauge so I can take on the Cavern of Remembrance... Wow that's gonna take some time... Which just proves how n00bish I am in the game and how little a life I have...lol

It isn't that hard, I did all of that in one week, with school...you just have to know where to go...

Levels in general (too lvl 100)- The World That Never Was

Valor Form- Yen Sid's castle (stairs)

Master Form- Olympus Colisseum Underworld

Wisdom Form- Olympus Colisseum Underworld

Final Form- The World That Never Was, start at the top point where Kairi, Riku, Mickey, and everyone are and keep on going to the point where you leave the giant ship, castle thingy, and go back

Summons- Actually, go to Mulan's World...from there, go to theburnt down city, and go into the nearby cave, at the end a large group of heartless appear, fight them off quickly, after beating them ignore the bats and other heartless on the way out, with the summon close to dissapearing, go to the save point, and immeidiatly go to the World Map, return to that point, and your Drive Gauge will be full again (it might have been a glitch in the first version), repeat the process until all summons are leveled up...it even works with Stitch...

Actually, I have better places.

Levels (to Lv 99) - Pride Lands: Peak (destroy all the Rapid Thrusters with Low HP, the Gullwing keyblade, and the EXP Chance ability.

Brave Form - The Land of the Dragons: Antechamber (Defeat the Assault Riders; they can easily survive your blows, so it is easy to get many hits in.

Wisdom Form - TWTNW: Fragment Crossing (The are MANY Shadows which have low HP, so an easy level up)

Master Form - The Land of the Dragon: Checkpoint (Just break all the carts and fireworks, leave, return, rinse and repeat)

Final Form - Same as you

Limit Form - I haven't really figured it out yet since it is a new form. I'm gonna prolly go to the same place as Brave Form because they can withstand the Limits I perform. I'll use L1 + O because it is the easiest to pull off.

Summons - Olympus Coliseum: Valley of the Dead

And yes, I do use the form gauge fill trick by leaving the world and coming back. I also use the gauge refill trick where you go into a tournament in the Underworld and leave incase I miss the cutoff when leaving.

So yeah, I have it all planned out...it just will take time...

I tried the Peak, and it doesn't work as well as it sounds, for the fact that the EXP you get it very low...for me, everytime I went through The World That Never Was and back, I always got at least 2 level ups...

I've done it in KHII... it works for me... I got like 3 levels at first, but then got 2 every time.

It could be the abilities equipped...I don't know, try both out, the most it could take is 10 minutes...

The good thing about KHIIFM+ is that they lowered the amount of EXP needed to level up forms. Like the usual 2500 EXP needed for Brave Form is now 2200 EXP.

The bad thing though, is that the weapons that increased item drop luck (Sweet Memory, Meteor Staff, and Genji Shield) are now different abilities... so this means less luck. The Lucky Ring is a recipe now though... so if I take my time, I can gather enough materials to make a lot to equip to my party members. Then I'd have like 10 Lucky Lucky abilities equipped...more than before...but still...why couldn't they keep the abilities on the weapons...

Not Sweet Memories! I love it because of its clunky, dull sounds that emit from it once you hit an enemy...the only reason I used it was to get more items...I don't agree with that...

Yeah... it sucks... But I love the new keyblade I got from beating Roxas. I can finally turn into Anti Form whenever I want!

*has a glowing envy aura* I tried to get the game...now I'm envious...are you getting Re:CoM

Yeah, even though I am currently working on the japanese version, it would be nice for all the cutscenes and everything to be in english so I could actually understand it... but since I beat the english GBA version, I know the basic gist of what they are saying.

So of course I'm getting it! I'm just a true KH fan!

So I'm leveling up Limit Form right now... And here is a simple equation for you: Limit Form = God

I mean seriously, it is the 2nd best form imo. The best being Final Form because it auto blocks attacks when airborn.

But Limit form:

1. Doesn't require any party members to use
2. Only uses up 4 bars of the Drive bar (MAX in FM is 9!!!)
3. Every hit that a limit does heals you a little!!!
4. Dodge Rolls are awesome
5. A crazy awesome finisher that has a fast recovery speed
6. I would list more, but I'm trying to play the game happy.gif

I never liked Limit Form, I don't know why...I just never used it...

? I thought you don't have the game.

I tried to get the game...[/quote']

Yeah, I never used it...I only have the American one, which doesn't have Limit form, so yes, I never used it...srry if it sounded like I had it...but that is a far off dream...I'm currently learning Japanese, so once I'm decent, then I'll get it...

Well, you don't need to know japanese to play, just look at me. What you do need to know is the basic gist of the game so you can get through it, O is now attack and X is now jump, and where each command is (1) attack, 2) magic, 3) items, 4) forms).

But it is a pain getting the game. Not only do you need the game, but you need a few other things. You can rather A) Buy a japanese PS2 or B) Buy some type of converter (Ex. Swap Magic) and some type of gadget to use the converter (Ex. Fliptop cover). One place never sent my Swap Magic, so I had to get it from elsewhere...so yeah...It is a pain! ...however, it is well worth it...

I'm asumming it is, I tried, but I can't get my hands on any of that. I can't really play it because I feel like I'm rushing through the game, and I feel that that doesn't do it any good. (I feel that rushing through it just isn't right for Kingdom Hearts, and not know what is going on is just bad. I feel like I'm treating the game bad or something, I don't know.)

I do have a Cyclo so I will get 358/2 Days when it comes out in Japan, I plan to just get a feel for the game, but not beat it.

Card_Breaker, do you know when or if the Play Arts or Static Arts Kingdom Hearts figures are out?

I know Sora Limit Form, Halloweentown Sora, King Mickey, and Riku Ver. 2 are coming out, but do you know when?
