Ok, the game is on pause until i get some feedback on this possible ending. We are facing Yog, and the 3rd mystery is the "the beyond one card," I just solved a research encounter and put the 2nd needed clue on the card to solve the mystery at the end of the mythos phase (2 players).
For the mythos phase, we drew "the storm" and since there are no rumors in play, i had to draw a rumor mythos from the box and resolve it. The mythos card from the box was "Lost knowledge" which requires us to beat the tick tock men to resolve the rumor.

Since it is now the end of the mythos and we have solved 3 mysteries did we win or do we now have a new goal to defeat the tick tock men before winning?

3 solved Mysteries are required to defeat Yog, and 3 solved Mysteries you have. It doesn't matter if there are ongoing rumors; the game is won, and you can cheer loudly because the world is now saved. Or, at least, until you'll open the Eldritch Horror game box for the next play.

Yes, you won. Reminding you that when you have all the requirements of a mystery you need to wait until the END of the next mythos phase, just then you solve the actual mystery and draw another (the game gets even harder with this "little" detail).
