I had the idea whilst on my way back from the SF nats, I over heard people saying that .:::Mitsurugi:::. was good but not brilliant, I wanted to try and change that. Using some good speed pump (Wind Dance and Bitter Rivals) with his E pumping up dmg on a FGH (Flowing Gale Hook) to 5 would hurt and then using his E again on a Rolling Storm multiple to 3 dmg, then following up with a 8th Bill of Punishment...
