it's a lot easier if you keep it to one deck per forum thread.

Agreed that it is usually much easier to comment when there is one deck per thread but here goes:

You deck counts are kind of strange. For runner you almost always want the minimum cards allowed (45 for all decks you've posted so far). So try to cut the 3 or 4 cards you think are going to be the least useful. For corp you will usually want the maximum amount of cards allowed per agenda tier. This usually means either 49 or in some cases 54 (and for one ID maybe 44). So again 50 is probably not ideal.

In general, I would say that your decks lack focus (definitely the case for HB and I didn't look at your runners too closely but I got the same feeling from all the 1-of of cards). Except for the professor I've generally found that a jack-of-all-trades-master-of-nothing type of decks don't work as well as a deck that picks something to do and does that one or two things well. Maybe it would help if you posted your thoughts on how you plan on winning with each deck.

Finally just a quick comment: Hard at Work is a horrible card. I would not include it in any deck.

Seconded: All things being equal, the correct card count for runners is 45, and for Corp is 49.

Leviathan, Hard at Work, Access To Globalsec, Exploratory Romp are garbage.

Aurora and Ice Carver are often less than optimal.

...Ice Carver ... often less than optimal.

Heresy! :P

No, depends on the deck. I love it in Anarch, I don't know if I'd take it out of faction.

I kinda like Ice Carver when I'm doing the Darwin splash into Shaper and using Personal Touch. Otherwise, I generally agree, non-searchable and relatively high influence cost often preclude splashing it in.

Inside of Anarch, I love it unless I'm planning to be floating tags.
