Just FYI: I believe that card was printed, but never formally released at an event. They moved to the LCG format first (and stopped distributing promos). If anyone has it, it'll probably be folks in Minnesota who got it as an extra at a local FFG event.

Just for clarification: I HAVE the card and want to trade it for one of the listed items.
