Whirlwind of Death and Warp Lock feedback

By Naviward, in Game Mechanics

Got the following feedback about these talents from FFG:-

My Questions:-

Warp Lock - When used, does the power that was attempted (which caused the peril) also get stopped?

Whirlwind of Death - Does the no multiple attack clause apply to just the additional attacks or all attacks during the whirlwind of death?

Answers:-

Warp Lock—power isn't stopped, just the phenomena.
Whirlwind—the limit is just on the additional attacks.

So, if I'm reading this right, then with Whirlwind of Death you can Lightning Attack your first attack, then make one free single attack against all other enemies in melee?

How does this interact with things like All-Out Attack, Charge, or Called Shot that specify a single attack? Can you still chain WoD to make multiple attacks after them? If so, do they get the bonuses (from AOA or Charge) or the penalties (from Called Shot)?
