Questions????

(1) If a foundation has "E: If this attack does damage ..." can this be used on either players turn for either players attacks?

(2) If a character card has a continuous ability such as ***Mai*** 11/18 All Attacks get "STUN 2" does this apply for both players?

1. yes. all it says is "this" attack not "your attack" or "your opponents attack." so it can be used on all attacks that either of you play.

2. yes. it applies to all attacks.

Also note that even if an enhance says "If your attack..." you may use it on your opponent's attacks... it just won't do anything.

Yeah, I've used that tactic when I played Kung Fu Training's E on my opponent's attack, so I could Mega-fest them.

So basically any continuous ability listed on any card IE: Characters, can be used by either player as longer as it does not specify which player.

just make sure that their is no restrictions defining whose attacks it can be used on then yes

Actually no. Abilities, either continuous or activated, can only be used by the controlling player unless they specifically state otherwise (e.g. Magic Shop, Whereabouts Unknown, J. Talbain*** all state that they can be used by either player).
