Capital Boards (homemade)

By meggypeggs, in Warhammer: Invasion The Card Game

Had a bash at making my own Capital boards (idea taken from another fan).

Didn't turn out too bad though it came out a little darker than I wanted.

:)

All in all happy with it though.

Lets keep the game alive :)

Looks awesome.

Looking awesome, Can you share the filés so that I can copy them?

I agree, that looks very good!

Chaps, I will try and get the colours correct and dish out the file.

I did match the colours, hmmm...

I will also work on the other three and get them out.

:)

Personally I think the lizards came out colored about right. Nice choice of art. Did you do a WE one? I only saw the lizards

Hey Meggy,

just covering all bases here - I replied to you on the Winvasion site as I noted that you said you live quite close to me and the chance to find another Invasion player doesn't come around to often!

OT, love the boards mate!

best

Aidan

Another post of yours I have just spotted confirms that not only do you live nearby, we do our gaming (well, at least as far as card games goes anyway) at the same venue! - if I can make it on the day in question I'll keep an eye out for you - I work odd shifts that often alternate but I will try and pop in some time and have a game if that's okay and you're free.

cheers,

Aidan

Hi Aiden,

It would be great to see a new addition. :)

We played on Friday (5 player Cataclysm) and had some good fun games.

Hopefully you are a member of BGG and can talk there with other players that go.

Looking forward to seeing you Aiden,

Thanks,

Ste,

I have replied there, cheers Ste!

Hope to see you all soon

Man, they look awesome!

Would you mind providing the digital template and files? I'd like to give it a go myself. :-)

+1 for wanting some of these nice custom city boards.

I'm not so good on graphic design so would love some Hidden Kingdom capitalboards if you could make any Gnomeschool or meggypeggs

OK, I have finally created a board for each neutral faction though just want to know where I stand.

Am I cool to attach them here in the FFG forum or is that going to get me banned/into trouble?

I have no bad intentions and simply want to share them with the community for everyone to enjoy.

Here is an image of the Undead board.

Meggypeggs sorry for asking but have you shared your Capital Board somewhere?

I have mailed the files to a popular Warhammer Invasion blog but had no reply/seen them posted similar to what Gnomeschool did.

:(

I printed and put them on 2mm card a few days ago and they look excellent (blow my own trumpet haha).

I will post a link to the files later tonight.

Great news. A Nice christmas present

Can someone let me know where these fantastic nuetral boards are located?

Thanks

Would also love to have real Capital boards to play with.
