Codex marines on page 101 get battle rage but not frenzy. Battle rage is of no use without frenzy.

Yeah, I let my guys buy it as an "elite advance" for a couple hundred more exp.

Would be a lot better to simply replace Battle Rage with Furious Assault. Similar mechanics as both allow an additional hit/attack, and now you aren't making Blood Angels +1 for cheap.
