Is it just me or do some of the tournament's winning decks appear to be not tournament legal?

I'm guessing it's probably a transcription error, if somebody could check that and post corrected deck lists that'd be awesome.

I know you guys are busy, so no rush, it's just neat to be able to see all these different decks, sometimes doing things you never thought would work.

Specifically noticed:

Wild West Comics: Arlington, TX: Exile Deck seems to be missing a card.

Dragon's Lair: Austin, TX: Chaos Theory Deck seems to be missing 4 cards (and any method for breaking/bypassing Code Gates, which got me to notice this in the first place)

I think previous posts have been ok, never stood out to me before.

Just saw the Tulsa OK Jinteki deck has 19 influence.

wow that's weird. I wonder why so many errors?

Probably exhaustion, they've been on the road a lot doing this, putting their all into promoting the game and listening to feedback, playing demos and challenge decks. I really enjoyed meeting them in New England at Pandemonium, and I have every confidence they do their best for this game.
