When we settled in to play Only War we wanted an airmobile regiment that would allow us the widest range of play options including some of the following:

- having vehicles when they suited the adventure, and not having them when they don't

- allowing easy seperation from the rest of the regiment when the setting required it.

- having a fully defined regiment TO&E to reference and use

This of course required that we create a number of vehicles suited to meet these needs.

We also saw it as a chance to add new specialities to better represent some classic character types seen across the military fiction genre. This required us to split out some skills as we found the RAW one often too generalized. And of course with house rules, there's always the chance to fix or improve the little things.

We then put them up on the web for easy reference by our players. Since they're there, here's a link for anyone interested. We'll likely be adding to them in the future as we fine tune things.
