Am l right in assuming that if you use the Transference Spell on a Character on the Crown of Command Space while you are in the lnner Region that you do not need a Talisman.

You are correct. You only need a Talisman to enter the Valley of Fire. If you are teleporting straight to the Crown, you do not need one.

I suppose it is a little odd having a game called Talisman where the need to own one is taken away, but I think most games would still require the use of one...
