I got tired of checking the website daily (more like 4-5 times a day) for the AoR Beta status and decided to just pre-order it at my local game shoppe.

Figured that would take my mind off of it, and if I got a copy, I got a copy. Otherwise I'd wait till the final book came out,

But I couldn't help myself... Kept checking the status every day. Thrice a day.

"Still on the boat" it said as late as 18:00 PST today.

Then I get a call at 19:30. A call from Game Kastle. My pre-order had arrived.

A quick jaunt later, and the book now rests in my hands.

I feel complete. The universe has finally aligned.

Oh, and that means everyone out there that has pre-ordered with their local game shoppe should start getting their's soon too (if you haven't already).

Spoke with my FLGS, they got their retailer kit in which has some beta copies. From the sound of it there was (is) a limited number of these kits that arrived before the bulk of the beta books.

So its a good sign.
