Mind you, this date appears to be fixed, even if the release date of the Beta book does not appear to be.

Given the original cut-off date was October 15th and the fact that it's been almost two weeks since GenCon wrapped, probably just as well that the date got pushed back as folks won't be able to get the book until well into September at this point.
