That would be awesome! What about equipment, vehicles, specs, species, etc? If I'm going to be lazy, I might as well ask 😄

Done those as well. They might need to be copied and checked over to add new mechanics, but yeah. I've pretty much done all the books not covered: Dawn of Rebellion, Collapse of the Republic, Allies and Adversaries, Gadgets and Gear, and Starships and Speeders.

I'm happy to hand over if it will help and you tell me how to do that.

Did you put them into their own dataset or datasets? If so, you can just export the dataset(s).

Admittedly, no, but I suppose I can copy them across to a seperate dataset?

Just create a new dataset, then click the Move/Copy Mode checkbox. Go to a data type (Armor, Gear, Vehicles, etc), then check the box next to the items you want to copy. When done, click Copy to Current and it'll put a copy of the items into the current dataset. You may have to save after that. Then go to the next data type, rinse, repeat. When you're done, export the dataset(s). It would be best if each book got its own dataset.

For adversaries, just export them to a directory and zip it up.

Alright, you'll have the stuff within 24 hours.

Cool, thanks! After you save off the new dataset(s) you may want to remove them if you want to keep them in your default dataset. Either that or remove them from your default dataset into the new dataset (which will be more organized). If you want to do the latter, then click Move to Current instead of Copy to Current and the item(s) will be removed from the default and put into the new one. Copy to Current keeps them in them where they are and just saves off a copy in the current dataset.

Which books are still not going to be in the generator after this upcoming update?

Is there a link to a auto install yet?

Hey Ogg, how do you want me to send you the items? I tried sending a message to you but it says you can't receive messages.

I think there’s a contact link in the software’s documentation. I believe that’s how I sent him some data in the past.

@OggDude

I have no idea if this is already on your radar, but the Armor Insert attachment (Cyphers and Masks, also in Gadgets and Gear) has been a bit buggy to use.

How so?

IIRC, the Armor Insert attachment's base +1 Soak doesn't register, nor does its +1 Defence mod.

@OggDude

The Dataspike piece of gear lists some features (added Boosts) which don't match the description given in either Special Modifications or Cyphers and Masks.

(If anyone knows the source of those Boosts, I would like to hear it.)

Made a couple of fixes. First, the soak and defense "set" descriptor was being applied after the soak and defense "add/subtract" descriptor, which overwrote them. "Set" descriptors are now applied first, followed by add/subtract.

Second, I added the "Light" category to any armor with a soak of 0 or 1 and a defense of 0. Armor inserts can now only be applied to "Light" armor.

I had accidentally copied the mods from the data breaker to the dataspike. It now has its proper mod.
