I'll soon have access to my CCG cards. Is there any list somewhere where I can find which cards were reprinted in the LCG? I know that some have been altered, my main goal is to get back as cheaply as possible (core set + 1 deluxe) and seeing as I have an extensive collection of older stuff...

As far as I know, there is no complete/comprehensive list -- you'll just need to search online @ CardGameDB.com or AGOTCards.com.
