If my game group decides to stick with FFG SWRPG (EotE +AoR) I plan to use the DoD AP. I have been looking at the first couple adventures and they seem like they wold work fine with this game. Any pitfalls/difficulties I should be aware of?

As far as pitfalls in converting the material? Probably not so much. As far as the game itself goes and the storyline, there are parts that I extensively re-wrote and improved.
