While planning out characters the topic came up if you are ever able to pass a Psy rating of 10 via pushing or traits like warp conduit. We had a Sorcerer who has a psy rating of 5. Pushed to gain +3 with warp conduit and rolled a 5 on the d5... Would he ascend too a Rating of 13 or cap off at 10?

It doesn't cap, you can push way beyond 10.

You just can't have a permanent Psy Rating beyond 10.
