While starting a campaign based on the beginning set, following question has come up w/ regards to the star wars universe....

- Where did all of the clone wars equipment end up?

- If you can buy clone wars gear in surplus shops, what would be potential value -- or would it be entirely obsolete?

- do fringe system people already make use of these items?

- what about the vehicles? They seemed fairly useful. Wouldn't a mechanic be able to put parts of scrapped units together to get to something functional?

Another question has come up....

- Why aren't stormtrooper uniforms ever as colorful as clone trooper uniforms?

Ok.I think I may be able to answer some questions.

The clone`s items (armour guns etc )were used at the start of the empire's rise.then,as the empire became more as it is now,all the clones items became obsolete,being replaced by newer models,and the old ones mostly destroyed.some found its way into the hands of mercenaries or outer rim fringers.it would be like using a ww 2 rifle,compared to modern guns.would still work,but be considered antiques.

As for the clones colourful uniforms, they were changed to basic colours,because it would look more uniform,so as to weed out any individuality.

The empire stopped making clones,so they didn't want anyone getting too big into the idea of individuality,so the colours were changed.
