Shouldn't Louis Hoshi have the option to start on Pegasus CIC or Main Batteries? If not, I'm sure people would implement it regardless as a house rule, but it might be fun to have it on the character card since Louis Hoshi was probably the most well known Pegasus character that stayed on the show.
