The Liber Fanatica team has finally finished the Wood Elf sourcebook,
Defenders of the Forest
:
http://liberfanatica.net/Elf_Project.html
. It's designed for WFRP 2nd edition, but much of the background can be used with 3rd edition.
Over 40 pages of new material has been added to the Beta version (released May 2012) including:
Chapter III: Religion
Chapter XIII: The Laurëlorn Forest
Chapter IX: new Hinterglade (The Doomed Kindred) and Hinterglade design guidelines
Chapter XII: Revolutions in Progress (adventure)
…plus extra information on Brúidd spirits and Lornalim trees, a new Heirloom, and more. Playtest feedback has also been incorporated into the rules.
Defenders of the Forest
Thanks for all the great work. 3E is my favoured system but it does lack support for elves (asur or asrai) so any and all help is useful.
Yesssss! Great job!

A couple of people at StS expressed "concern" in 2011 that we were excluding 3e mechanics, but rest assured there's no edition-war statement intended. 2e is simply the edition that Steven and I use ourselves ("the lesser of 3 evils") and we decided early on that multi-statting the sourcebook would make it too cluttered. However, if anyone fancies making a 3e conversion document, Action/spell cards etc., we can host it as Related Material.
No worries. Hopefully someone can step up for conversion, but it should be easy enough on the fly to convert anyways.
Thanks for the hard work!
First, Jay - where do you keep getting these great warhammer images!
Second, I wish I had the time but my evil employer is sucking up more of my time these days. I agree many things can be converted easily for use, and if those doing so simply note and compile them, perhaps that will gradually do the trick.
Just search for Warhammer. These are the actual artists doing actual warhammer art. Its usually from the cardgame, but its fun seeing the full-versions of artwork from the box-tops as well.

A couple of layout glitches in the adventure have been fixed, and the pdfs have been re-uploaded.
