Is it possible to get a skill above 100? Our Devastator would get his BS over 100 with every boni. And for the rule that you can change one die against your Degrees of Success or GM wasn't sure if he should take his skill or 100 as max.

A skill may count as over 100 for the purposes of Degrees of Success, but any roll of 96+ is an automatic failure irrespective of the skill being used.

Example: A marine with BS:60 shoots an enemy and gets +60 to his test. He rolls a 62, succeeding with the bonuses and getting 5 Degrees of Success off of skill 120. Had he rolled 96-100 he would have missed the target.
