Does the Warhammer world have a calendar? If so, where can I find it… and on which date should I start the Eye for an Eye campaign?

Yes there is a calendar.

I suggest you may want to get the downloadable calendars at the Winds of Chaos site. These also give monthly calendars with space for notes by days, a handy aid to give to players who want to track what happened when.

Eye for an Eye internal references make the year 2521. You can decide time of year but it doesn't seem to be winter.
