Points? What points? No I haven;t noticed the points at all and have been trying to think of legitimate things to say on forums so as to get more points... no... not at all!

Well given that this is for ALL FFG game's forums, I'd imagine we could be getting copies of Micromutants or Blue Moon. Not that that's bad mind you...

I would think they would at least pay attention to what board you are posting on to determine your prize. It'd suck if I got anything other than UFS, I'd have nothing to do with it.

I remember playing a particular MMORPG... can't rememer the name, "World of Somethingorother..."

Anyway, in that game, I had to get more "points" to reach different levels and "earn" special abilities. For certain game brands, which in "World of Whatever" were called "factions", I had to increase my reputation by doing repetitive things, such as murdering countless small furry animals, running errands for computer-generated characters and collecting and bringing back certain objects over and over again.

It's kind of like that here. In "World of FFG" I think we are able to farm our reputation points by endlessly completing quests such as "create a new post" or "make a reply" or "collect a certain level of "friends"(other players)".

So here's my starting point. Only 999 posts to go until I hit Exalted! :D

Well I still havent found out how we get points besides adding friends and making topics and I hope its ufs stuff thats the only FFG game I play.

Don't those Icons below your name indicate that you play 3 FFG games or am I totally offbase? Also, is anyone else having any trouble with the light gray on dark gray for forum posts? I may be old, but I'm not that old.

Ya they indicate the number of games you play the box looking icon.

It would suck if you got something for free for doing pretty much nothing? ... ?!?

And yea Dragon Shield sleeves is one of my top two favorite "games" FFG has. Specifically, I use DS sleeves when I play a game I shouldn't mention here... It starts with "M" and ends with "agic: the Gathering". Seriously, they're good sleeves, especially compared to the crap I've become accustomed to over the years.

I don't think you do get points for replying on a new forum all the time, as I've been stuck on 66 points after posting on 3 different threads. In fact, I'm completely stumped as to how the points system works. I like that its there though. It makes posting on the forums a little more interesting (not that it was boring before ) If anything, I think it encourages people to post more often, which I like, as boredom at work can only go so far before you turn to friends across the pond.

I think the point system is interesting. a little wierd but interesting.
