I played a few games of Death Angel (great game btw) and I was wondering when exactly the Genestealers have to be discarded because of the door tokens when travelling.

Do I have to discard them at the very beginning of the travelling, before drawing the new location card ? In my opinion, knowing the new spawn spots may influence our choice when discarding the Genestealers.

I didn't find anything that describe the exact timing in the rule book or in the FAQ.

I always do the door first, before seeing what the next location will be.

The rules don't have a clear ruling and it could definately be helpful to know what the new terrain would be, which is why I assume you have to do the door first.
