AP Cost of some units

There are some units that have an AP cost of 2, such as the Axis Battle Grenadiers. This is 1/10th or less the cost of comparable units in the same army. Some Heroes are 2 APs as well. Not sure if this is related to some other rule, but why are they so cheap?

Those are the old AP costs, pre-revised edtion.

Yes, but you can just write the new point values on the cards if you want to save a few bucks.

The only other change is knives, and other Melee type weapons are range C and not range 1, but how often do you use knifes anyway.
