Twin-Tailed Comet and Play during your turn cards

I have a question regarding Twin-Tailed Comet card which says:
Action: Target a tactic just played. Copy the effects of that tactic without paying its cost. (You choose all targets of the copied tactic.)
If my oponent plays a tactic which says "Play during your turn" like "Caught the Scent" or some epic spells, can I still copy that card?

Yes. Twin-Tailed Comet's Action: only applies to the effect(s) of the tactic being copied, not the requirements.
